Blue Apple Education is seeking a Remarkable Internal Account Manager to work full time within our remote working creative team, helping us meet our ambitious targets for increased revenue from existing customers.

In this role you’ll be exciting but not excitable, and unusually likeable (your Nan’s view doesn’t count). You’ll develop a portfolio of client accounts across the UK delivering a remarkable level of customer service in a way that increases sales and meets growth targets.

  • Settling down to work with a cuppa and some nice biscuits (home working!)
  • Remaining focused and calm whilst working your magic*
  • Coming up with fresh ideas and caring about your results
  • Organising work, yourself, your timetable, your sock drawer
  • Being an experienced and expert negotiator

  • Contributing to a hardworking team and yet still up for a laugh
  • Using CRM systems (fabulous if this means Salesforce to you)

What’s involved?

Since 2000 Blue Apple Education has provided creative design and marketing services to the education sector in the UK and beyond. We have done well, despite the global pandemic, focusing on the state sector and specifically multi-academy trusts (MATs) within the UK.

Your job will be to manage accounts for customers far and wide, helping retain their business and increasing their take-up of our offer. You will need to be super-enthusiastic about our six general service areas – Logo design and branding, Print design, Website design, Photography, Video production and Marketing – and be able to communicate effectively to achieve exceptional results.

Here’s what you’ll love doing:

  • Smiling as you exceed customer expectations
  • Maximising sales opportunities from our existing account base
  • Building a calling strategy to ensure all clients hear from you enough, but never too much
  • Conducting regular account reviews to identify opportunities for increasing revenue
  • Making sure that clients know what we’re offering, how awesome it is, and how they will benefit
  • Building networks and encouraging client recommendations to pass to our new business sales team
  • Facing a challenge head-on and finding solutions
  • All that stuff necessary to match sales activity with marketing – let’s work together!
  • Reporting your greatness and and achievements on a weekly basis

Here’s what you will help us achieve:

  • Repeat orders and cross sales to existing clients
  • A more controlled customer contact strategy to ensure maximum sales and returns from each client
  • Ambitious growth targets
  • Increased number of referrals to other potential school and trust clients
