Blue Apple Education is seeking a Remarkable Marketing Expert to work full time within our remote working creative team, helping us meet our targets for developing leads for existing and new business.

In this role you’ll need to be a bit of a dynamo as well as engaging and inspiring in communications with other humans. That way you will flourish in this wide-ranging role, supporting the sales team to win new business and supporting the business to develop our existing customers and provide them with the best in educational design.

Here’s what you’re good at:

What’s involved?

Since 2000 Blue Apple Education has provided creative design and marketing services to the education sector in the UK and beyond. We have done well, despite the global pandemic, focusing on the state sector and specifically multi-academy trusts (MATs) within the UK.

Your job will be to bring fantastic structure and strategy to our marketing, helping schools and MATs to understand the benefits of our expertly designed creative products and packages. You will need to be super-enthusiastic about our six general service areas – Logo design and branding, Print design, Website design, Photography, Video production and Marketing – and be able to execute effective marketing activities that not only raise brand awareness but deliver exceptional results.

Here’s what you’ll love doing:

  • Smiling as you create and implement really good marketing strategies
  • Managing targeted external communications including social media campaigns
  • Collecting, analysing and applying information and data using Salesforce
  • Crafting expert automated mailing campaigns using Active Campaign
  • Using Google Analytics to improve website performance
  • Increasing and monitoring new business leads to meet clear sales objectives and target figures
  • Creating engaging content (video and copy) for social media
  • Adding your marketing head to the design of packages to appeal to schools and MATs
  • Exploring how to maximise lead generation from our Masterclasses whilst maintaining their amazingness
  • Reporting your greatness and improvements on a weekly basis
