Aspen Heights British School


The challenge:

Aspen Heights British School in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates was a new build school which completed in Summer 2017. The school opened its doors in time for the September intake and has had a stream of excited families and children flooding into this magnificent school.
The school has a strong environmental ethos, something that is uncommon in this part of the world. The new logo design and branding needed to reflect the school’s vision of being dynamic and responsive to the needs of our local and global community, and our environment, underpinned by their core values:
Excellence, Engagement, Environmental Awareness and Creativity.

What we did:

The Aspen logo was designed from the aspen leaf and a perfectly balanced blend of a recycle icon and Arabic crescent. This brand identity was then transferred across all marketing collateral including local radio advertising in both English and Arabic, press and online advertising, prospectus and leaflet designs and finally their school website. A strong emphasis on digital marketing in the region meant the website was developed with this in mind from the outset enabling the school to maximise the user experience from advert, to website, to enrollment.
